VfB Stuttgart are ready to open their door for Manchester United‘s Radek Vítek, after the latest developments at the club.
The goalkeeper left Sigma Olomouc and joined Manchester United’s academy in 2020.
He spent four years with their youth teams but didn’t get to represent the first team. The 22-year-old is unlikely to get an opportunity at Old Trafford next season considering Michael Carrick has that position well covered.
Vítek spent the past two years out on loan at Accrington Stanley, Blau-Weiß Linz and Bristol City.
At the weekend, he publicly expressed his desire to leave Manchester United this summer, either on loan or a permanent transfer. The Czech explained he wants to join a club where he can be No.1

Last season, Dennis Seimen was the No.1 for the Bundesliga side’s manager, Sebastian Hoeneß. His deputy Fabian Bredlow has been at the club since 2019 and has played only 49 matches so far.
Hoeneß also has Marius Funk and Stefan Drljaca, but neither have made an appearance.
Seimen suffered a thigh injury in training and Bild state he will be out for two months.
Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth said a decision will be made on whether to sign a new goalkeeper.
“Even without Dennis, we have a lot of quality in our goalkeeping team, but we still need to discuss in the coming days whether we will be active in the transfer market again,” he said.

If the Manchester United goalkeeper were to join them, he can be No.1 straight away, at least until Seimen regains full fitness.
Should the Czech impress immediately, he could even dispose Seimen as Sebastian Hoeneß’s first choice.
Vítek is unlikely to be short of options, especially after publicly expressing his desire to leave.
His contract expires in 2028, and Transfermarkt value him is €6m.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have signed Karl Darlow for free and have reportedly made an offer for San Lorenzo stopper Orlando Gill.
