Manchester United have been offered the opportunity to sign the Brazilian midfielder Danilo from Botafogo.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a return to English football, and it remains to be seen whether Manchester United take up the opportunity to sign him.
Danilo offered to Man United
Fabrizio Romano claims: “There is a difference on two profiles being linked over the recent days.
“I would say two, three profiles because Danilo from Brazil is a player who has been offered to Man Utd.
“It’s not a negotiation started from Man Utd.”
They need more quality and depth in the middle of the park, and Danilo could be an interesting option for them.
Danilo is a versatile player who can operate as a central midfielder, a box-to-box midfielder, as well as a defensive midfielder. He has 10 goals to his name for the Brazilian club this season, and he could be a complete midfielder for Manchester United.
He will help out defensively, drive the team forward and help create opportunities for his teammates. He has also shown he can score goals from the middle of the park.

Danilo will be tempted to join
He has previously played for Nottingham Forest, and the opportunity to return to the Premier League will be exciting for him.
Botafogo is unlikely to stand in his way if there is a concrete proposal on the table. Manchester United are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and the midfielder will be attracted to the idea of joining them as well.
