Liverpool have initiated talks with PSG over their interest in Bradley Barcola (23), as reported by L’Equipe. The France international winger has informed the back-to-back Champions League winners that he would not renew his contract, due to expire in 2028, with the Ligue 1 side. The Reds are in the market for a winger following Mohamed Salah’s exit, and they have reportedly identified Barcola as their No. 1 target.
Barcola is said to prioritise a move to Andoni Iraola’s Liverpool side, although L’Equipe understands that the former Lyon Academy graduate is yet to reach a contractual agreement with the Premier League giants. The outlet reports that there is a significant gap in Barcola’s valuation between PSG and Liverpool and that both clubs are expected to play the patient game until the end of the summer transfer window.
