Real Madrid player Antonio Rüdiger and Endrick passed their preseason medicals this morning and rejoined the squad in preseason training at Valdebebas. Endrick had until Friday to report back but ultimately chose to cut his vacation short and train with the group today.
José Mourinho still misses key stars like Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior or Marc Cucurella, so he won’t be able to truly build his go-to formation for a while, given that those players will need some time to improve their conditioning before they can actually play some minutes for the squad.
Real Madrid’s next preseason friendly will take place on Saturday, when Los Blancos will face Fiorentina in Austria. Then, they will face Ferencvaros in Hungary on Saturday, August 8th in what should be the first game for most of the aforementioned players.
