Francisco Conceicao’s future at Juventus is now looking very uncertain, with Manchester United and Liverpool stepping forward for his signature.
The Portuguese attacker joined Juve from Porto initially on loan in 2024. The move was made permanent last year, as the Old Lady paid €30m to sign him. Subsequently, the winger signed a five-year deal.
In the 2025/26 campaign, Conceicao contributed to eight goals in Serie A. The Portugal international became a reliable outlet in the final third, as he constantly took defenders on and thrived under Luciano Spalletti.

Jorge Mendes holds the key
Today’s Gazzetta dello Sport reports Juve signing Kerim Alajbegovic means Conceicao is likely to be sold. The Bosnian will be a replacement and Mendes is already at work.
He played a key role in helping Juve sign Alajbegovic earlier this week. During those discussions, there was a ‘heated exchange’ between parties regarding the Bianconeri attacker.
The super-agent made it clear to Juve that Manchester United and Liverpool have enquired about Conceicao. The player’s future now lies away from Turin, especially as he won’t be first-choice.
Khephren Thuram was initially the major candidate to leave Juve. The Frenchman’s recent injury means he is off the market and Conceicao has replaced him on the transfer list.

For now, neither of Manchester United or Liverpool appear to be prioritising Conceicao.
Andoni Iraola’s side are more interested in Bradley Barcola and the Red Devils need a midfield addition before the season starts.

Mendes has dealt with several major clubs already this summer and he should find more suitors in the market for the 23-year-old.
The youngster should also be available for much less than €70m now, as anything over €30m goes down as a capital gain for Juve.
