The summer transfer window has been a slow build for Manchester United. Initially, the Reds had their eye on two midfielders, but Premier League rivals muscled their way in to snap them up.
Manchester City signed Elliot Anderson for £116million and Mateus Fernandes moved to Tottenham for £85million. But things are now looking up for the Reds after their plans started to come together.
Andrey Santos has completed his move from Chelsea and Youri Tielemans has joined from Aston Villa. United have also added some promising youngsters to their ranks.
Elsewhere, sales are expected, and the first went through smoothly, with Napoli's Champions League qualification meaning Rasmus Hojlund's loan move became permanent. Andre Onana has also completed a return to Trabzonspor on loan.
Marcus Rashford's future remains unclear, but he has now bid farewell to his former Barcelona teammates and is set to return to Carrington soon.
