Four goals from Coco St Vall inspired the Red Devils to a convincing 4-0 victory over Surf Select in the Junior final before United's Premier side beat holders Shamrock Rovers on penalties.
Dublin-based Rovers defeated Brighton in the showpiece decider 12 months ago and were involved in another tight tussle with neither side able to find a breakthrough across 70 minutes of action.
United held their nerve from the penalty spot, winning the shootout 4-3 to secure the Premier crown and round out a special day for the club.

In the Premier Globe final, Aston Villa defeated IL Heming 3-2 while Northern Ireland celebrated Vase glory – Grace Guest and Charley McMullan struck in a 2-0 win over Liverpool at Monkstown.
It was an all-American showdown in the Premier Bowl final as Desert Empire Surf claimed a 4-2 victory over Chicago City.
Linfield celebrated Junior Globe success following a 3-2 win over Peamount United thanks to Maisie Hobson’s brace and a Nicole Strickland goal.
There was further cause for Irish League celebration in the Vase decider as Crusaders defeated Kilmarnock 2-0 – Daisy Peoples and Eva Dunlop were on the scoresheet.
Elsewhere, Cliftonville beat Glentoran 3-0 in an all-Northern Ireland Bowl final with Sophia McNicholl and Lilianna McKeown (twice) scoring.
