Michael Carrick is seeing more Manchester United first-team players return to Old Trafford amid the pre-season summer tour and after the World Cup.
The Red Devils have pre-season matches left against Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Leeds United and AC Milan in August ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
Manchester United faced Wrexham in their opening tour match and lost 1-0 to the Championship side at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium in Finland this month.
Michael Carrick’s men bounced back from their initial setback after Man Utd thrashed Trondheim-based Rosenborg 5-0 at the Lerkendal Stadion in Norway.
