Date: United face the Spanish heavyweights in a friendly on Saturday, August 1. While neither side will be at full strength with many of their World Cup stars still away, it will be their sternest test of pre-season so far.
Kick-off time: The game kicks off at 2pm UK time (3pm local time). Therefore, supporters in the UK can look forward to a prime afternoon slot for this summer showpiece.
Venue: The game will be held at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. The ground will welcome thousands of Scandinavian fans eager to witness two of Europe's most prestigious clubs go head-to-head on neutral territory.
TV channel: There will be no conventional UK television broadcast on networks such as Sky Sports or TNT Sports. Instead, exclusive live television coverage in the UK will be available through MUTV, with coverage getting underway at 1pm BST.
