Bayern Munich has long been an admirer of Paris Saint-Germain attacker Bradley Barcola.
The talented 23-year-old is someone who the Bavarians have wanted to bring in the past two summers. Now, though, Barcola is ready to leave PSG, but there is “no room at the inn.” Given that, Barcola could be looking at a future with Liverpool, who seems to be spending massive amounts every summer now:
Bayern Munich are following this potential transfer of Bradley Barcola to Liverpool. Last summer, and the summer before, they were always in contact with the Frenchman’s management. The 23-year-old is a player on the shortlist, and even this summer they knocked on Barcola’s door to check his situation and what his feelings were for the future, as his current contract runs out in 2028. There are no negotiations with PSG, at the moment, for a contract extension, so he’s getting cheaper and cheaper every year.
The left-sided winger is too expensive this summer for Bayern Munich, but it’s a pity that he’s not too expensive for Liverpool right now! They are closer to this deal. Yan Diomande, it seems, will be signing for Real Madrid, so Liverpool really need a player like Barcola now. Bayern, on the other hand, could use a player like this in the future. We don’t know what’s happening with Michael Olise long-term. This summer, of course, we know he’s staying put, but next summer the big question will be whether Olise signs a new contract or if Bayern will be forced to sell him.
The number one option to replace Michael Olise would be, as far as Bayern Munich are concerned, Bradley Barcola. If Liverpool are there, however, and if he’s signing for the Reds, there’s no chance for Bayern. But next summer, there could be a chance if he’s staying in Paris for another season.
If Bayern Munich eventually wants to get Barcola, it will clearly have to wait a few years — and what’s so bad about grabbing a winger in his late 20s from Liverpool anyway?
Man…it looks like Paris Saint-Germain is going to get a good one:
Godts, a Belgian, was linked to Bayern Munich briefly, but the decisions to sign Ismael Saibari and roll with Arijon Ibrahimović eliminated the club’s need and ability to bring in Godts.
In a tough bit of luck, Bayer Leverkusen signee Kennet Eichhorn is set for a spell on the sideline after being diagnosed with a metabolic disorder:
Earlier this summer, Eichhorn seemed slated to transfer to Bayern Munich, the but the request for a signing bonus pushed the Bavarians to move on. Now, the youngster will have to get healthy and then get back to his developmental path.
There were some whispers that Eichhorn could potentially be on the radar for the German national team, but this could be a setback to those hopes.
Strasbourg could be planning a move for Gio Reyna:
Borussia Mönchengladbach and USMNT attacking midfielder Gio Reyna is attracting interest from Strasbourg, The Athletic reports. Negotiations are reportedly ongoing with the 23-year-old’s representatives amid belief that the Bundesliga club is willing to part ways with Reyna, who scored a memorable goal in the United States’ 4-1 win over Paraguay at the World Cup. He has been linked with an exit from the club along with compatriot Joe Scally after making just four league starts last season, as the Foals look to rebuild their squad following a 12th-placed finish.
In a somewhat surprising transfer, Péter Gulácsi is leaving RB Leipzig for a move to Villareal:
In turn, RB Leipzig is going to sign Norway goalkeeper Ørjan Nyland:
Victor Osimhen might be looking to ditch Galatasaray in favor of the Premier League:
Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen wants to make a switch to the Premier League.
Has there been a summer in the last five years where Osimhen was not a subject of transfer rumors?

Nadiem Amiri is going to stick around with Mainz 05 despite rumors that he could seek a move away from the club:
Wow! 🤩 Nadiem Amiri simply announces at the Fanfest that he’s staying loyal to the Mainz boys. 🥹👏
↪️ Despite his contract running until 2028, other clubs were also interested in the dynamic and goal-scoring midfielder. “In the last weeks and days, a lot has been written about me. There were lots of rumors, and I also had a ton of offers. But I’ve decided with my family to definitely stay here,” Amiri announced at a Fanfest.
↪️ Mainz sporting director Christian Heidel was delighted about Amiri’s news in an interview with Sky Sport: “I’m thrilled for us. Nadiem’s a great guy. It just fits. Honestly, though, I didn’t expect anything else but for him to stay.”
