Manchester United are interested in signing the Newcastle United defender Lewis Hall.
The 21-year-old has done quite well since joining Newcastle, and Manchester United are hoping to secure his signing. However, the player is likely to cost a lot of money. According to journalist Andy Mitten, Hall is interested in a move to Manchester United this summer.

The Red Devils could use a quality left back like him, and it would be an exceptional acquisition for them. They need a long-term replacement for Luke Shaw, and the Newcastle star would be ideal. He’s already one of the finest young fullbacks in the Premier League, and he will only improve with coaching and experience. He could develop into a star for Manchester United.
Mitten said on UTD Podden: “At left-back, they have a player who wants to join Utd.”
“They like Lewis Hall of Newcastle United, but Newcastle United will want a lot of money for him, so this isn’t straightforward where, like, you just tick him, buy him. “I am sure the player wants to join Man Utd, but it’s not just about that. “He has got a contract at another football club.”

Can Man United sign Hall?
It will be interesting to see if Manchester United is willing to break the Bank for him. Hall is a player with tremendous potential, and signing someone like him would be a step in the right direction as they look to rebuild the team and return to the top of English football.
The fact that the player is interested in joining the club will only encourage Manchester United. It remains to be seen whether they can convince Newcastle to sell the player.
