Serie A giants Juventus have confirmed their travelling squad for the club’s pre-season tour of Hong Kong and Perth, with a number of stars named to make the trip down under.
The Bianconeri kick off their trip with a clash against Premier League outfit Chelsea in Hong Kong on August 5, with the Blues entering the match on the back of two hit-outs in Sydney against Western Sydney Wanderers and rivals Tottenham.
Juve then head to Western Australia, where they will meet Italian rivals Inter Milan on August 8, before taking on second tier side Palermo on August 11.
Luciano Spalletti has named a squad of 31 players for the tour.
The group is headlined by Turkish star Kenan Yildiz as well as €32m (A$52m) new recruit Kerim Alajbegovic, who appeared in each of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s matches at the World Cup at age 18.
Aussie fans will also get a glimpse of big names like Jonathan David, Weston McKennie, Francisco Conceicao, Randal Kolo Muani, Douglas Luiz, Manuel Locatelli, Arkadiusz Milik, Teun Koopmeiners and Zeki Celik.
Kolo Muani returns to the Juve setup after spending last season on loan at Spurs, where he made 41 appearances in all competitions.
Notable names to not make the trip down under include the injured Khephren Thuram and Nico Gonzalez, who spent last season on loan at Atletico Madrid and was a member of the Argentina squad who reached the World Cup Final.
