Gersson Rosas has parted ways with the New York Knicks, according to HoopsHype's Michael Scotto.
After four seasons and a historic run to win last year's NBA championship, Rosas will leave his Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations role in New York.
Per Scotto, Rosas already hinted about his looming departure in an Instagram post after the Knicks' 2026 title victory.

Gersson Rosas joined the New York Knicks back in 2022 in a senior advisory role. A year later, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations.
Along with team president Leon Rose, Rosas built the Knicks' current title-contending core bannered by Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, and Josh Hart.
A longtime NBA executive, Rosas notably served as the president of the Minnesota Timberwolves from 2019 to 2021 before being fired due to an inappropriate sexual relationship with a coworker.
He began his front-office career with the Houston Rockets, rising from a video coordinator to Executive VP of basketball operations.
Given his role in the Knicks' championship run, Rosas might gain plenty of considerations and bigger opportunities from other NBA teams.
