Following the signing of Carlos Espi last week, Endrick’s future at Real Madrid appeared to become increasingly unclear once again.
It was reported that the 20-year-old attacker might seek a move away, despite Gonzalo Garcia’s exit, as he was no longer guaranteed regular minutes at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, now, according to journalist Sergio Valentin, Jose Mourinho has decided he wants the Brazilian striker to remain at Real Madrid for the 2026-27 season.
The Portuguese manager considers Endrick an important part of his plans and has no desire to see the 20-year-old leave this summer, despite interest from Serie A side AS Roma.
Mourinho’s confidence in Endrick goes beyond his footballing ability.
The Real Madrid manager is said to admire the Brazilian’s attitude, commitment, and personality since joining the first team following a six-month loan spell at Olympique Lyon.

Those qualities have strengthened the coaching staff’s belief that Endrick can continue developing at Real Madrid despite fierce competition for places in attack.
Within the club, he is still regarded as one of Real Madrid’s biggest long-term projects.
Meanwhile, the player himself also has no intention of leaving the Santiago Bernabéu.
Endrick remains determined to succeed at Real Madrid and fight for his place under Mourinho, even after the arrival of Espi and the imminent signing of Yan Diomande.
The recent departure of Gonzalo to Fulham has also improved his chances of earning opportunities this season.

Real Madrid are not entirely closing the door on an exit, but it would take an exceptional proposal to alter their plans.
According to the journalist, only an offer impossible to ignore would convince the club to reconsider Endrick’s future.
However, as things stand, everyone involved shares the same objective.
Mourinho wants Endrick to remain, the player is committed to earning his place at Real Madrid, and the club have no intention of letting him leave unless an irresistible offer changes the landscape.
Barring a dramatic twist before the transfer window closes, Endrick is expected to stay at Real Madrid, where both the club and the manager believe he still has enormous potential to fulfill.
