The Toronto Raptors have added another player to their training camp roster.
Toronto and Andre Jackson Jr. have agreed to a deal, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints added that Jackson will join the Raptors on a training camp contract and compete for a place on the regular-season roster.
Jackson spent the first three seasons of his NBA career with the Milwaukee Bucks after being selected with the 36th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.
Jackson set to compete for roster spot
The 24-year-old appeared in 48 games for Milwaukee last season, making one start and averaging 2.4 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 0.9 assists in 8.5 minutes per contest.
Jackson is primarily known for his athleticism, defensive activity, and ability to contribute without requiring significant offensive involvement.
His largest role with the Bucks came during the 2024-25 campaign, when he started 43 of his 67 appearances and averaged 3.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
Across three NBA seasons, the 6-foot-6 guard has played 172 regular-season games, including 52 starts, while averaging 2.7 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assist.
Jackson will now attempt to earn a place with Toronto during training camp and the preseason.
