Canadian Dillon Brooks has agreed to a three-year, $73 million contract extension with the Phoenix Suns, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Brooks appeared in 56 games last season for the Suns and posted a career-high 20.2 points per game in 30.4 minutes per game.
He also averaged 3.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
The Mississauga, Ont. native joined the Suns from the Houston Rockets as part of a seven-team trade in July of 2025.
The 30-year-old spent two seasons with the Rockets and has also played for the Memphis Grizzlies over the course of his 548-game NBA career.
The Rockets selected Brooks with the 45th pick overall in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft.
