Michael Carrick has seen a wide range of different signings made under Ineos in his first summer transfer window as the permanent Manchester United manager.
Ineos have continued the major overhaul of the Manchester United first-team squad this summer after the Red Devils’ third-place Premier League finish last season.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s team have had to navigate a slower summer transfer window after the impact of the World Cup tournament in North America in June and July.
With that said, United In Focus has now ranked six of the signings that Ineos have been able to pull off amid the United pre-season tour under Michael Carrick.

6. Kit Margetson (Goalkeeper)
Kit Margetson won’t be making any major Manchester United first-team appearances any time soon after the 19-year-old Welshman was signed from Swansea City.
The ex-Swansea City talent, who arrived for an undisclosed fee, will be one to keep an eye on at Old Trafford amid his development in the United youth academy.
5. Cristian Orozco (midfielder)
Cristian Orozco is the latest summer signing at the Premier League club and highlights Ineos’ vision to build the Man Utd midfield for the long term.
Signed from Colombian Primera A side Fortaleza, the 18-year-old midfielder will be alongside Kit Margetson in continuing his development in the Man Utd youth set-up.

4. Tynan Thompson (winger)
Man Utd paid a relatively sizable fee for Tynan Thompson after the Red Devils signed him from Premier League side Tottenham in a deal that could be worth £8m.
Spurs have included a 15 per cent sell-on clause for the 18-year-old winger, with Man Utd paying an initial fee of £4m and agreeing a further £4m in add-ons.
3. Karl Darlow (Goalkeeper)
It could be argued that the likes of Tynan Thompson, Cristian Orozco and Margetson should rank higher than Karl Darlow after he signed as a free agent this summer.
However, the 35-year-old former Leeds United player’s arrival was more impactful for paving the way for Altay Bayindir to exit the club on loan to Celta Vigo.
2. Andrey Santos (midfielder)
When the move for Ederson collapsed in July, Andrey Santos was able to make his mark as the first signing of the Michael Carrick era at the Premier League club.
United paid an initial £48m fee for Andrey Santos to Chelsea and the 22-year-old Brazilian midfielder has already settled in well during the pre-season tour.
1. Youri Tielemans (midfielder)
A transfer that came out of left field and caught pretty much every United fan by surprise this summer — and Youri Tielemans has done it for all the right reasons as well.
Not only was Youri Tielemans’ £35m release clause wild at Aston Villa, but the 29-year-old Belgian midfielder will bring a wealth of midfield experience to Carrick’s side.
