Manchester United drew against reigning Champions League winners PSG, and here are the Man Utd vs PSG player ratings.

PSG’s quick play on the ball caught Man Utd out early, as Ibrahim Mbaye caught Ayden Heaven out on a brilliant ground cross to hand them the lead.

United kept working hard and looked good, eventually rewarded just after 30 minutes when Amad won the ball back and played in Bryan Mbeumo for his third goal in two games.

The second half was high on quality and chances, but there was no breakthrough for either side as the game finished 1-1.

Tom Heaton – 6

Did well on the other occasion he was called upon, albeit after spilling it himself. Came off with an injury.

Noussair Mazraoui – 6

Out of position for the goal. Showed good willingness on the overlap.

Harry Maguire – 8

Spun around Kvaratskhelia numerous times with slick ball control. Bossed his area. Stormed back to form after a difficult Atletico game.

Ayden Heaven – 6

Improved after a torrid start as Mbaye ghosted behind him for the goal, and he scythed down Kvaratskhelia.

Luke Shaw – 7

Forming a good partnership with Dorgu as they take turns underlapping and overlapping.

Mason Mount – 6

20-minute appearance before he came off due to apparent injury. Man Utd fans, hold your breath.

Andrey Santos – 9

The midfield general bossed both phases of the game. Zippy passing, aggressive defending, and elite mentality. He’s already exceeding expectations by looking world-class.

Shea Lacey – 8

Brave on the ball. Looks like he belongs on the biggest stage among the best players.

Amad – 7.5

Brilliant pressing for the goal which got him an assist. The World Cup version is here to stay.

Patrick Dorgu – 7

Has a unique tactical role which he plays to perfection. Could be better in small spaces.

Bryan Mbeumo – 7

Was struggling to make an impact but made the difference once again when the chance came.

Tyler Fletcher – 5

Should be more adventurous with the ball. Some sloppy passes as well. Looked a level below required.

Diogo Dalot – 6.5

Willing on the overlap but the rust was clear. Will improve.

Leny Yoro – 6.5

Not called into action much. Stepped up when he was.

Dermot Mee – 6

Unexpectedly called into action after Heaton’s injury. Untroubled as the team defended well.

Youri Tielemans – 7.5

Nice, clean touches under pressure. Always looked to play the ball forward. Solid debut.

Bruno Fernandes – 8

Picked up from where he left off last season. Breathtaking passes, pressing from the front, and setting the tone.

Harry Amass – 7

He’s not giving up on his Man Utd career so easily. Another impressive cameo as Lewis Hall’s deal continues to look difficult.

Jack Fletcher – 5

Lacked the confidence to take a shot when Safonov was acres away from his goal.

Joshua Zirkzee – 6

A bit sluggish after being clattered by Safonov. United need someone more pacy up front. Good on the ball.
