Real Madrid may have been the busiest team in the transfer market this summer, having already roped in six new players heading into the new season.
But the club have also witnessed a mass exodus from their youth team, RM Castilla, with several academy players leaving for greener pastures.
Gonzalo Garcia, Cesar Palacios and Franco Mastantuono are some of the big names who have already departed this summer, and the trend is expected to continue.
According to Diario AS, Real Madrid’s sales of academy players have already reached a staggering €189 million, the most lucrative summer of homegrown sales in the club’s history, and that figure is only expected to rise.

Several cases remain open at Valdebebas, with the likes of David Jimenez, Manuel Angel, Jorge Cestero, Dani Yanez and Jacobo Ortega all facing uncertain futures.
Not all will necessarily leave, but plenty of movement is anticipated, and further departures could push the club’s revenue beyond the €200 million mark.
The situation is such that there is already a significant difference between the old Castilla squad and the new one, and that gap could widen considerably before the window closes.
Among those most likely to move on are the 2004-born pair of David Jimenez and Manuel Angel.

Both of them have first-team experience and have attracted strong interest from Spain and abroad, with Germany keen on the former and Deportivo and Alaves among those tracking the latter.
Elsewhere, Jacobo Ortega is a wanted man, with Strasbourg pushing hard and reportedly offering €8 million for 50 percent of his rights in a deal described internally as “hot”.
Midfielder Cestero, meanwhile, has been linked with Lille as a potential replacement for a City-bound player.
Notably, one player who will not be leaving is Thiago Pitarch. Despite an offer from Fulham, Mourinho has intervened to keep the youngster with the first team, representing another loss for Castilla.

Heading into the new season, Eduardo Camavinga has attracted a lot of eyeballs, especially after enduring a difficult campaign last term.
The Frenchman was one of the least-performing midfielders in a season that saw Real Madrid go trophyless once again.
Naturally, there was a lot of pressure on Camavinga, with many fans even calling for his departure in order to fund move for new midfielders.

However, Camavinga has no desire to leave Real Madrid anytime soon and wants to fight for his place in the team, according to a report from Diario AS.
The former Rennes starlet wants to prove Jose Mourinho his worth, having been subjected to much criticism even from Real Madrid supporters.
The club, for its part, are not opposed to selling Camavinga this summer. But the player remains steadfast in his bid to stay and impress Mourinho.
This is despite the fact that Real Madrid are openly searching for a new midfielder this summer, having missed out on Rodri.

Thankfully for Camavinga, the Frenchman has received some much-needed support from none other than Vinicius Jr.
The Brazilian international, who has recently renewed his contract, has reacted to critics online by posting a photo with Camavinga with the ‘general’ emoji.
The report even highlights how Vinicius’ aura inside the dressing room has changed and as one of the leaders in the team, he is looking to back everyone up.
This is a breath of fresh air for Camavinga, who is gearing up for perhaps his most important season at the Bernabeu.
Real Madrid, after all, have been ruthless with their sales so far and are expected to sanction the departure of many youth players this summer.
It remains to be seen if Camavinga is among the list of players leaving the Bernabeu by the end of the summer transfer window.
