The Minnesota Timberwolves also have their very own trip and upcoming team-building in preparation for the 2026-27 NBA season.
As shared by Rudy Gobert on X (formerly Twitter), the Timberwolves are in Paris to spend time together this offseason.
Gobert, Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, Jaden McDaniels, Ayo Dosunmu, Terrence Shannon Jr., Josh Green, and several other Minnesota players came together for a special photo with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
The T-Wolves traveled to France with the clear intent to build early chemistry, familiarize themselves with several new teammates, and hammer camaraderie for what is definitely a highly important season ahead.
Timberwolves join Lakers, Spurs for early 2026-27 NBA season preparations
With the Minnesota Timberwolves in Paris, the NBA has now seen a third team making a head start for the 2026-27 season.
As it is, Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers and the Victor Wembanyama-led San Antonio Spurs have arranged their very own minicamps to maximize their offseason break.
Shouldering the expenses, Doncic is spearheading the Lakers roster's travel to Slovenia for a four-day minicamp, which will be held Aug. 20 to Aug. 24. The trip is expected to include basketball workouts, golf activities, sightseeing around Ljubljana, and other team-building events.
Meanwhile, Victor Wembanyama already led his on- and off-court team efforts for the Spurs in France, where De'Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper, Harrison Barnes, Kelly Olynyk and the newly signed Tobias Harris have appeared.
