LeBron James, amazingly, is still not done with his story in the NBA. Now with the Philadelphia 76ers, the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player is about to add another chapter to his legendary basketball career, with his eyes set on playing his 24th season in the league.
With nearly a quarter of a century worth of story as an NBA player, James surely has plenty of stories to tell about his on-court adventures in the league. He has even already started to tease the documentary that was previously reported to be something akin to Michael Jordan’s “The Last Dance.”
“I got a pretty good documentary in the works too,” the 22-time NBA All-Star said on Boardroom Talks. “It is gonna be electric when I'm done with it,” added the four-time NBA champion.

That documentary likely won't be released while James remains an active NBA player. But he appears to be putting the finishing touches to his incredible career. Before deciding to take his talents to the City of Brotherly Love and sign with the 76ers, James said that he gave retirement a thought, having accomplished so much on the court.
But a chance to win at least one more NBA ring before calling it quits ultimately was enough of a reason for him to keep it going. After a long wait in the summer, James inked a two-year, $7.94 million contract with Philadelphia, a deal that comes with a player option for the 2027-28 season — which would be his 25th season.
An NBA title with the 76ers would be quite a cherry on top of James' stellar basketball journey.
