The Los Angeles Police Department was in pursuit of a possible DUI driver in the San Fernando Valley.
The suspect was in a white Range Rover driving at high speeds and, at times, on the shoulder of the 405 freeway. The driver exited the freeway near Sherman Oaks before entering a mall parking garage.
