MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WBAY) - Milwaukee Bucks Youth League will be launching this fall as a statewide initiative for boys and girls in third through eighth grade.
The league will include more than 1,000 teams across Wisconsin, with a focus on coaching, facilities and officiating.
What the league will offer

Bucks coaches will conduct a clinic for the league’s coaches to support player development.
Participants will have opportunities to engage with members of the Bucks Entertainment Network and Bucks alumni throughout the season.
The league will also provide access to Bucks ticket offers and other opportunities tied to the organization.
“We’re incredibly excited to launch the Milwaukee Bucks Youth League and expand our commitment to growing youth basketball throughout Wisconsin,” said Michael Belot, Bucks SVP of Business Operations and Chief Real Estate Development Officer. “With more than 1,000 teams participating across the state, this partnership gives us an opportunity to reach thousands of young athletes, coaches and families.”
Partners speak on the initiative

John Atkinson, founder of Champions Basketball League, said the partnership combines the league’s statewide youth basketball infrastructure with the Bucks’ resources and brand.
“We look forward to working together to elevate the youth basketball experience and inspire the next generation of players and fans,” Atkinson said.
