Outside of Opening Night and Christmas Day, MLK Day is one of the most important dates on the NBA calendar.
This upcoming season will feature four games in what will be 10 hours of straight NBA action on Jan. 18.

To open the day, at 12 P.M. EST, the Pistons will visit the Cavaliers in what will be a rematch of this past postseason's ECSF, which the Cavaliers won.

At 2:30 P.M., LeBron James and the 76ers will head to Atlanta to play the Hawks.
At 5:00 P.M., the reigning NBA champion Knicks will host Anthony Edwards' Timberwolves at Madison Square Garden.
Finally, the Grizzlies will host a game as they typically do on this day, with the Rockets coming to Memphis for a 7:30 P.M. tipoff.
