Stephen Curry had a lot of time to recharge his batteries for Year 18 of his illustrious career with the Golden State Warriors.
Curry was present in Golden State for a WNBA game between Golden State Valkyries and Dallas Wings.
In an interview during the 3rd quarter of the match, Curry was asked to comment on the expectations for the 2026-27 campaign with the Warriors:
"I’m excited. We’re going to take advantage of the rest of the offseason, but I think there’s a lot of health coming back. For me, I’m blessed to play this game," Curry started.
"I feel good taking advantage of the offseason, and when September rolls around, hopefully these ladies are going to be celebrating some crazy things at the end of their season and roll right into ours," he concluded.
Last season, Curry has played in just 45 games, averaging 26.5 points, 4.7 assists and 3.5 rebounds, playing 31 minutes per game.
