The Toronto Raptors' reunion desires with DeMar DeRozan this season appear uncertain due to the emergence of several other suitors for the former NBA star.
While there is still a possibility, ClutchPoints NBA insider Brett Siegel revealed that the Denver Nuggets, Miami Heat, and the Washington Wizards have recently taken the lead in the DeRozan sweepstakes.
"Since the Sacramento Kings waived him, multiple teams have expressed interest in signing DeRozan. There was a lot of noise initially about a potential reunion with the Toronto Raptors, which is still possible, but the attention for DeRozan as of late has shifted to Denver, Miami, and Washington," Siegel wrote.

Veteran NBA insider Marc Stein first reported that the Denver Nuggets, Miami Heat, and the Washington Wizards are three main teams to watch for DeMar DeRozan.
After failing to land any trade moves, the Sacramento Kings waived DeMar DeRozan this offseason, making the six-time NBA All-Star one of the top free agents on the market.
DeRozan averaged 18.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 4.1 assists for Sacramento while shooting 49.7% from the field last season.
Rumors have swirled about the Toronto Raptors reuniting with DeRozan right after the blockbuster Kawhi Leonard trade, in which the 37-year-old is at least considering it. Yet right now, that seems unlikely out of the strong push from Denver, Miami, and Washington.
Still highly productive in scoring and contributing, DeRozan would be a huge addition for contending teams seeking his play and commitment.
