The 27-year-old leaves after a debut Elland Road campaign where he showed his value as a versatile defender, but was frustrated by his lack of starts.
It took until December for him to make his Premier League debut as a late substitute in the 3-1 home win over Chelsea.
In all, he made 17 appearances over the course of 2026-27.
