Leeds United are reportedly closing in on an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign Michael Zetterer.
Zetterer, 31, would be joining as an understudy to James Trafford. His signing would allow Lucas Perri to leave the Whites this summer, joining Illan Meslier and Karl Darlow as goalkeepers to leave Leeds since the end of last season.
Alex Cairns would be the only senior goalkeeper who remains from last term if the one-time Brazil international does depart this window. Perri is due to join Torino on a season-long loan as soon as the Whites sign another goalkeeper as his replacement.

The Athletic cite sources at Elland Road when claiming that there is an expectation that Eintracht will, like Leeds, need to sign a new goalkeeper before selling Zetterer.
