THE Cherries are in talks over a potential loan move for Juventus goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio, the Daily Echo understands.
Reinforcing the keeper department has been something Bournemouth have been weighing up all summer, and talks with the Serie A club are expected to carry on over the weekend.
Di Gregorio has been the subject of plenty of interest this summer, with the stopper set to depart Juventus, and the likes of Marseille have been in talks with the Italian club.
The move, if completed, would likely see Will Dennis depart Bournemouth on a loan move of his own.

As reported, the Cherries have been deciding what to do with their goalkeeping department this summer.
They wanted to replicate the group they had in the second half of last season, with Fraser Forster playing the role of a third keeper and mentor, and Christos Mandas providing real competition for Djordje Petrovic.
But re-signing Mandas from Lazio was not an option after Ivan Provedel left for Inter Milan, so the club were weighing up keeping Dennis at the club to be second choice behind Petrovic.

The original plan was to send Dennis on loan so he could get regular minutes, as he did at Leyton Orient in the second half of last term, and he impressed there.
Should Di Gregorio join, that would pave the way for another loan spell for the Englishman.
The Italian keeper joined Juventus from Monza in 2025 after a loan to Turin in the 24/25 season, having progressed through the Inter Milan academy.
He had loan spells at Renate, Novara, Pordenone and Monza while at Inter, before he joined the latter on a permanent move in 2022.
Di Gregorio made 144 appearances for Monza before his move to Juventus, where he has since featured 84 times, keeping 36 clean sheets, including five in 14 games in the Champions League.
