Ipswich Town host Sunderland in their opening Premier League fixture today (3pm) - and we've already had the first supercomputer projection for the final 2026/27 table.
The Blues are being backed to be the most successful promoted team by the bookies, and the supercomputer agrees.
The supercomputer, which was created by BettingLounge and utilises a combination of agentic AI and mathematical probability algorithms - whatever those are - thinks the Blues will finish above both Hull City and Coventry.

It also agrees that title favourites Arsenal will defend their crown, edging out Manchester City by just three points, with Liverpool third and Manchester United fourth.

But sadly it doesn't believe Town will beat the odds and survive - it has them finishing 18th, just three points behind Saturday's foes Sunderland and safety.
