For Man United, Carrick received a double boost on Tuesday when Benjamin Sesko and Matthijs de Ligt joined group training. The duo did not play a single minute in pre-season, so they are unlikely to feature at Hull City. There was no sign of Mason Mount, after he was forced off early with a knock against PSG.
