Lucas Herrington could make another piece of Australian football history on Saturday night.
The 18-year-old is in line to make his Premier League debut when newly promoted Hull City host Manchester United, just over a week after completing his record-breaking move from Colorado Rapids.
Should Herrington take to the field, he will become the third-youngest Australian to play in the Premier League at 18 years and 351 days old.

Only two Australians have made their Premier League debuts at a younger age, including one of the greatest players the country has ever produced.
Harry Kewell remains comfortably out in front, having been just 17 when he made his Leeds United debut in 1996, while Aiden O’Neill was also younger than Herrington when he first appeared for Burnley two decades later.
Herrington would move ahead of the likes of Caleb Watts and Brad Smith and become the first Australian teenager to play in the competition since Watts in 2021.
So, who are the youngest Australians to play in the Premier League?
