Liverpool youngster Ifeanyi Ndukwe will spend the rest of the season on loan at Levante but could be available for the Reds in the New Year

Liverpool have confirmed Ifeanyi Ndukwe has agreed a loan move to Levante - with there now a chance the centre-back could be available to play for the Reds this campaign.
Ndukwe will spend the season at the Spanish top tier side having made an impressive breakthrough since arriving from Austria Vienna this summer after a £2.6million move was agreed in principle earlier in the year.
Following a trial period throughout pre-season, the transfer has now been completed, although the 18-year-old defender is ineligible to play competitive games for Liverpool at present due to work permit issues.
However, because Ndukwe is moving to La Liga, appearances for Levante would instantly take him to the level needed to be awarded a permit.
In any case, Liverpool will have an exemption spot available from February onwards that would allow Ndukwe to play.
The Reds therefore have the option to recall Ndukwe in January from his spell at Levante should it be deemed appropriate.
Ndukwe becomes the sixth Liverpool youngster to head out on loan this summer following Kieran Morrison (Sheffield Wednesday), Calum Scanlon (Cardiff City), Amara Nallo (HJK Helsinki), Armin Pecsi (TSV Hartberg) and Kyle Kelly (Forest Green Rovers).
