Coventry City have agreed a deal to sign centre-back Ethan Pinnock from Brentford.
COVENTRY City have agreed a £6million deal to sign experienced centre-back Ethan Pinnock from Brentford.
According to Sky Sports News, Coventry will pay an initial fee of £5m fee plus £1m in add-ons.
The 33-year-old will sign a three-year deal with the Sky Blues with the option of an additional year.
Pinnock has made more than 200 appearances for the Bees during a seven-season spell.
The 28-cap Jamaica international helped Brentford achieve promotion to the Premier League in 2020/21.
He became a mainstay in the Bees backline over the club’s first four seasons in the top-flight.
Pinnock made just four Premier League appearances for the club last season.
He will join former teammate Frank Onyeka in making the switch from Brentford to Coventry this summer.
