Pat Jennings is the latest Spurs great to be honoured with a mural.
Following in the footsteps of Ledley King, Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, Pat is the subject of a huge new mural by Murwalls, **[in association with socios.com](https://www.socios.com/uk/)**, our official Fan Token partner.
Indeed, **[Spurs Fan Token Holders](https://www.socios.com/uk/)** voted for the tribute to our legendary former goalkeeper.
The mural will stand ceiling to floor at Block 529 in Level 5 of the East Stand. It is unique in its design as it spans across three walls. An audio description will also be available, courtesy of the David Katz Foundation.
It's a fitting accolade for 'Big Pat', widely regarded as the best goalkeeper in the world in his heyday in the early 1970s.
Snapped up by Bill Nicholson from Watford in 1964, Pat went on to make 590 appearances in all competitions in the next 13 years, standing third in our all-time appearance list behind Steve Perryman and Gary Mabbutt.
He was a key member of teams that won the FA Cup in 1967, League Cup in 1971 and 1973 and the UEFA Cup in 1972.
His performances were also recognised with individual honours, most notably the Football Writers' Player of the Year in 1973 and PFA Players' Player of the Year in 1976. He was also nominated for the Ballon d'Or in 1973, 1975 and 1985. Back at Spurs, he won Player of the Year four times in five years - 1972, 1973, 1975 and 1976.
On the international scene, Pat also played a huge role in Northern Ireland qualifying for successive World Cups in 1982 and 1986. His final cap - a world-record 119th at the time - came against Brazil in Mexico in 1986.
Awarded a CBE in 2023, Pat is now 81 and continues to pass on his wealth of knowledge to Academy goalkeepers at Hotspur Way in his role as goalkeeping consultant.
