Savio marked his Tottenham debut with a tidy brace, scoring his new side’s fourth and fifth goals in a routine Carabao Cup defeat of Charlton.
Spurs led by two at the break after finally breaking the deadlock through Mikey Moore, whose opener was quickly followed by a Dominic Solanke volley. Kevin Danso then added a third in the second-half, scoring with his first touch after coming off the bench.
Savio then featured off the bench, making his first appearance in Tottenham colours the day after moving south from Manchester City. He scored just 11 minutes later and was unfortunate not to make it a brace, as his second was awarded to Ben Davies following a slight deflection.
