Enzo Maresca’s men made it a maximum six points from our opening two games as City followed by the Bournemouth triumph with a stylish success at Selhurst Park.
Erling Haaland and Rayan Cherki were the star men as the fab forwards both scored braces in the capital.
Haaland headed City in front in the first half with a looping header from an impressive Antoine Semenyo cross.
Cherki doubled the lead early in the second period with a clever finish following an powerful run into the box.
Palace pulled one back with a Yeremy Pino fantastic free-kick which went down as a Gianluigi Donnarumma own-goal.
But Cherki and Haaland added a couple more before the end to help clock up a thoroughly deserved victory in Friday Night Football.
