Liverpool welcomed Nottingham Forest at Anfield earlier today as they looked to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Reds made a slow start to the game and conceded the opener in the 24th minute when Dan Ndoye scored with a composed finish. The East Midlands club went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Alexander Isak equalised for the Merseyside club at the hour mark. However, Nottingham led again just ten minutes later thanks to Morgan Gibbs-White’s penalty. Victor Munoz ended up scoring the vital equaliser for the Reds in the 82nd minute as Andoni Iraola earned a hard-fought 2-2 draw at Anfield.

He worked hard on both ends of the field but was caught out of position at times inside his half.
**CM: Dominik Szoboszlai – 7/10**
Szoboszlai was a positive influence on both halves, but there was no goal for him.

He anchored the midfield well but lacked quality in the final third.

Munoz caught the eye at times in the final third and managed to score the all-important equaliser in the 82nd minute.
