Leeds United face in-form Brentford in their first home game of the new Premier League season today - but is the game on TV?
Leeds and Brentford both go into this afternoon’s clash at Elland Road having started the new season with an opening weekend win in the Premier League followed by another victory in the Carabao Cup.
Daniel Farke’s Whites Whites began their second season back in the Premier League with last weekend’s 1-0 at Nottingham Forest who they then visited again just four days later in the Carabao Cup, this time leaving with a 2-0 success.
Brentford, meanwhile, under second season boss Keith Andrews, are heading for today’s clash at Elland Road having scored 20 goals in their last four games including their final two friendlies.
After rounding off their friendlies with a 4-2 win at Rennes and 7-0 hammering of visiting Eintracht Frankfurt, the Bees began the Premier League season with a 3-0 win at home to Tottenham Hotspur which was followed by a 6-1 romp at Birmingham City in the Carabao Cup.
Something will have to give as the Whites and Bees now lock horns in a 2pm kick-off at Elland Road today which is one of three 2pm kick-offs in the Premier League and being broadcast on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra HDR.
