Paris Saint-Germain are reported to have made enquiries to assess the terms of a potential transfer for Crystal Palace player Jaydee Canvot (20), according to information from Foot Mercato.
Whilst the French club are not expected to make a move before the transfer window closes, the possibility of them returning to the fray next January remains a possibility.
Having come through the Toulouse FC academy, where he made his professional debut, Canvot joined the Eagles last summer in a transfer valued at €23m. Having become an undisputed first-team regular in the London club’s defence during the second half of the 2025-26 season, the Argenteuil-born player concluded his first campaign in England with 36 appearances across all competitions (18 starts).
Selected by Pierre Sage for the first two matches of the 2026-27 term, the former Toulouse player is expected to play a key role within the London squad.
A French international, Canvot has six caps for the under-21s. Under contract with Palace until 2029, he is currently valued at around €30m.
