Edon Zhegrova is one of the players Juventus still hope to sell this summer, as clubs in leagues where the transfer window remains open could still sign him.
The attacker is unlikely to play an important role in Juventus’ success this season unless his performances improve significantly, and the Bianconeri may not even give him enough time to make that happen. He remains one of the players Juve want to allow to leave.
Saudi interest emerges
Zhegrova is now being targeted by a club in Saudi Arabia, where the transfer window is still open. The interest could provide Juventus with an opportunity to finally move the Kosovo international on after failing to find him a new club before the window closed in other leagues.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Al Ittihad are interested in Zhegrova, who has only been at Juve for one season. The Saudi side are looking to improve their squad and could now provide the attacker with an opportunity to continue his career elsewhere.
This is good news for the Bianconeri, who remain keen to find a solution for Zhegrova. The report says Juventus hope the situation works out and are hopeful that they can move him to the Saudi Pro League or another league where the transfer window remains open.

Zhegrova open to departure
Zhegrova knows he will have a reduced role at Juve this season, and that could make a move more appealing to him. The report says the attacker is more than happy to make the switch, particularly because he would also be earning a very good amount of money in wages.
For Juventus, moving Zhegrova on would allow them to reduce the size of their squad and potentially give another player more opportunities. The Bianconeri have made it clear that they would prefer to part ways with the Kosovo international if a suitable offer arrives.
In the coming days, the interest from the Saudi Pro League club should become clearer. It will therefore be interesting to see whether Al Ittihad can complete a deal and allow Zhegrova to leave Juventus.
