AC Milan head coach Ruben Amorim has made his selection choices ahead of tonight’s big game against Juventus.

With two games on the board, Milan and Juventus are both on six points with a +3 goal difference, so they have made a good start. However, someone (or both teams) will have to drop points this evening, and it will be a tough test for the Rossoneri.

Juventus vs. AC Milan: Predicted starting XIs

In terms of team news, Matteo Gabbia was forced to leave Tuesday’s training session early as he is struggling with an ankle injury. As a result, Amorim chose to reinstate Fikayo Tomori just before the mercato deadline for some added cover.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan will line up with a three-man defence of Mario Gila, Koni De Winter and Strahinja Pavlovic ahead of the goalkeeper and captain Mike Maignan.

Samuel Chukwueze resumes his role as right wing-back, with Yunus Musah partnering Luka Modric in the midfield double pivot. The paper believe it will be time for Diego Moreira’s debut on the left side.

Adrien Rabiot and Alexis Saelemaekers are expected to be the two attacking midfielders, behind the centre-forward Goncalo Ramos.

The bench will feature the likes of Davide Bartesaghi, Ardon Jashari, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Christian Pulisic, Omari Hutchinson and Francesco Camarda.

Predicted Milan XI (3-4-2-1): Maignan; Gila, De Winter, Pavlovic; Chukwueze, Musah, Modric, Moreira; Rabiot, Saelemaekers; Ramos.

Predicted Juventus XI (4-2-3-1): Vicario; Kalulu, Bremer, Lucumi, Celik; Locatelli, Douglas Luiz; Conceicao, Nico Gonzalez, Boga; Kolo Muani.
