Jadon Sancho's future remains unresolved, with talks said to be taking place with 'at least two' Premier League clubs. The 26‑year‑old left Manchester United in the summer upon the expiration of his contract, becoming a free agent.
During his five‑year spell at Old Trafford, Sancho struggled to impress, leading to loan spells at Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea and Aston Villa - though none of those clubs chose to sign him permanently. Chelsea, who had an obligation to buy the winger at the time, even paid a £5million penalty to send him back to United.
Following a season at Villa Park, Sancho returned to Manchester in the summer but the club chose not to offer him a contract extension.
Speculation has intensified in recent weeks, with Sancho linked to several clubs, though no move has yet materialised. A return to Dortmund has not been ruled out either, according to German outlet Bild.
The Bundesliga side recently lost Giannis Konstantelias to a cruciate ligament injury and are seeking a replacement. As a result, Sancho is said to have become a topic of discussion once again, with the report claiming he would 'be willing to forgo a signing bonus and accept a heavily performance‑based contract.'
As a free agent, Dortmund would not need to pay a transfer fee, with Bild suggesting 'a return could be on the cards.' Sancho made 158 appearances for Dortmund over two spells.
Sancho is also reported to have interest from the Premier League. Two unnamed English clubs are thought to have made fresh approaches in 'recent days,' according to TEAMtalk.

Meanwhile, clubs in Turkey, the Saudi Pro League and the UAE are also exploring a deal for the winger. Sancho has also been offered the chance to join Arabian Falcons, the Dubai‑based side managed by former Liverpool midfielder Jonjo Shelvey, who is enjoying a winning start to the new campaign.
United signed Sancho for £73m in 2021 after he had established himself as one of Europe's most sought‑after young players. Clubs were queuing up for his signature, and it looked as though United had won a major race.
Five years on, however, United have not seen a return on that investment. Sancho scored just 12 goals and registered six assists in 83 appearances during a spell that never truly ignited.
