Two unnamed Premier League clubs have reportedly established their interest in bringing Jadon Sancho back to the English top flight.
According to TeamTalk, talks are ongoing between the sides and Sancho’s representatives as he mulls over his options for the season ahead.

As he is a free agent, he can still make a summer move despite the transfer window closing a week ago.
Sancho spent 2025/2026, the last season of his Manchester United contract, on loan with Aston Villa, but was unable to nail down a starting role under Unai Emery.

The 26-year-old ended his stint with only nine Premier League starts to his name, while he also did not score a single goal in the 23 appearances he made.
Alas, it didn’t come as much of a surprise that Villa never pushed to add him to their ranks permanently, even when facilitating such major attacking outgoings in the form of Morgan Rogers and Ollie Watkins.

Elsewhere, it wouldn’t be a transfer window if Sancho wasn’t linked with Borussia Dortmund, and that has been the case throughout the summer.
Although they originally opted against pursuing a deal, a long-term injury to new recruit Giannis Konstantelias could force the German outfit to enter the free agent market.
Across his two spells at the Westfalenstadion, Sancho has racked up 53 goals and 67 assists in 158 games.

The move would allow him to play in the Champions League this campaign, as well as revive his currently stagnant career in a familiar, less-demanding environment.
