Francisco Conceicao
Francisco Conceicao has made the claim that AC Milan did not try to win against Juventus on Sunday, despite leading in added time.
It must be said that Juve created the better of the chances in the first half, albeit without really generating a golden scoring opportunity. Then, in the 68th minute, Milan took the lead through Alphadjo Cisse’s shot inside the far post to stun the home crowd.

Federico Gatti came off the bench to head in a late cross and earn the Bianconeri a draw, with the two sides shaking hands after a seventh tie in the last 11 games. Ruben Amorim even admitted after the game that Juve didn’t deserve to lose, and that his side have a lot to keep working on.
After the game Conceicao offered his thoughts on the contest and he revealed his belief that Milan did ‘nothing’ apart from score. His words are via our colleagues at TalkJuve.
“During the 90 minutes, I feel the truth is that we deserved to win the game. Milan scored the goal, but did absolutely nothing else. I hit the post, Fede scored, so it was in a way good that we didn’t lose, but we deserved all three points,” he said.
