Juventus wanted to sign Stanislav Lobotka in the summer, but Napoli had no interest in selling the midfielder to the Old Lady, something the Bianconeri would have expected.
Napoli have never been keen on allowing their players to move to Juventus, and such a transfer can be viewed negatively by supporters. However, some players have made the move in the past, and Juventus could have another opportunity to sign Lobotka when he leaves the Partenopei at the end of this campaign.
The midfielder is in the final months of his contract at the Maradona Stadium, and despite his contract situation, he remains one of Napoli’s best players. He also played an important role under Luciano Spalletti when they won the Scudetto in the summer of 2023.
Juventus consider Lobotka option
Spalletti knows how to use Lobotka effectively, and the midfielder could be interested in working with him again if he moves to Turin. That relationship could make the prospect of joining Juventus particularly appealing, while the Bianconeri continue to assess their options.
Lobotka has established himself as an important player for Napoli, and his performances have maintained his reputation as one of the team’s key midfielders. His contract situation, however, means his future could soon become a major topic.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Juventus are aware of Lobotka’s contract situation and are now considering adding him to their squad as a free agent at the end of the season.

Lobotka could leave Napoli for free
Juventus’ interest means the midfielder could have an opportunity to join the Bianconeri without them having to negotiate a transfer fee with Napoli. That could make the situation easier for Juventus, particularly given Napoli’s reluctance to sell him to their rivals.
For now, Lobotka remains focused on finishing the season strongly with Napoli. His performances will continue to attract attention as he approaches the end of his current contract.
A move to Juventus could appeal to the midfielder, particularly if the Bianconeri remain interested in securing his services. Much will depend on what happens with his contract and whether Juventus decide to make their interest concrete.
For the moment, however, Lobotka’s priority is Napoli, with his future likely to become clearer as the season progresses.
