Manchester United have been handed a fresh selection concern before Sunday’s Premier League clash with Fulham after Benjamin Šeško was not spotted travelling with the squad to London.
The striker was absent when United’s travelling party departed for the capital on Saturday afternoon.
That places his involvement at Craven Cottage in doubt and gives Michael Carrick another attacking decision to make.
There was more encouraging news elsewhere, with Luke Shaw, Carlos Baleba and Matthijs de Ligt all travelling.

Šeško absent from Man Utd travelling squad
The latest development was reported by Manchester Evening News journalist Steven Railston, with subsequent reports confirming Šeško was not among the players seen travelling south.
United supporters’ outlet United.no also listed the travelling party and noted the striker’s absence.
Šeško has featured in every Premier League game so far this season and played 65 minutes during Wednesday’s Carabao Cup defeat to Brighton.
His potential absence would therefore remove one of Carrick’s recognised centre-forward options.

Šeško now joins that list.
Shaw and Baleba hand Carrick boost
The travelling squad did contain several encouraging inclusions.
Shaw made the journey after missing recent matches with a fitness issue.
Baleba also travelled as he continues working towards his Manchester United debut following an ankle problem.
De Ligt was another notable member of the travelling party after his lengthy absence with a back injury.
Carrick had already said Shaw and Baleba both had a chance of being involved against Fulham.
Reuters reported that the United boss planned to make late decisions on their availability.
Their presence in London does not guarantee either player will start, but it does significantly improve Carrick’s options.
Cunha could return to central role
Šeško’s possible absence creates the biggest tactical question.
Carrick could once again use Matheus Cunha through the middle, with Marcus Rashford and Bryan Mbeumo operating around him.
Joshua Zirkzee has also travelled and represents another natural option.
Shea Lacey is included too after scoring against Brighton in midweek.
That gives Carrick flexibility, but Šeško’s physical presence would have offered a different solution against a Fulham side likely to defend compactly for long periods.
