Endrick of Real Madrid ancelotti
Carlo Ancelotti has admitted he would like to see Endrick play more, with his words alerting AC Milan and AS Roma.
Calciomercato.com write that the Endrick case in Brazil has reignited the debate over the decision of many young talents to leave their homeland at an early age to join Europe’s top clubs, where they increasingly struggle to find the playing time and consistency to thrive.

Ancelotti made his thoughts clear in a press conference on Wednesday, speaking specifically about the example of Endrick. He underlined how the striker – as well as other young Brazilian talents – need more game time to develop into important players.
“The problem with Brazilian kids is that they don’t improve because they don’t play. It happens to Endrick, but also to other talents like Estevão: they go to Europe at 18 or 19, arrive at big clubs and don’t find playing time,” he said.
“Without playing, they can’t progress. We have very promising young players and we need to monitor their development. Endrick will become an important player for the national team in the future.”

Unkept promises
Real Madrid and José Mourinho had promised Endrick a different idea this summer compared to what has materialised on the field, which is the mere four minutes he has played so far this season. There was a minor muscle issue in the mix, but the fact remains that he has barely played.
The Brazilian wasn’t expected to be a full-time starter given the attacking talent in the squad, but rather to be the first-choice reserve behind Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Jr. That hasn’t happened so far, alerting Milan.
Listening to Ancelotti and sensing the discontent of the young talent, it’s inevitable that transfer speculation will be fuelled. His loan to Lyon revitalised him (seven goals) last season, and another loan (this time with an option to buy) could be possible.
In the summer Gerry Cardinale already made an attempt and will be contacting the player’s agents again. The other Italian club that has already made a move in recent days is Roma, who are still trying to give Gian Piero Gasperini the playmaker who should theoretically replace Matias Soulé
