Wayne Rooney has admitted he 'doubts' he will return to management in the future.
However, the former England captain has revealed the two clubs who could tempt him back into the dugout.

Rooney has admitted he would only return to management for two jobs two years after leaving Plymouth
Rooney has been away from coaching since he was sacked by Plymouth Argyle on New Year's Eve in 2024.
It followed just four wins from 23 Championship matches, with the Pilgrims sat bottom of the table.
His exit from Home Park followed previous spells in charge of Derby County, DC United and Birmingham City.
Despite moving into management after his retirement in January 2021, he has now spent almost two years away from the game.
Would Rooney return to management?
Rooney has now lifted the lid on a potential comeback in the future.
Speaking to Virgin Radio, he was asked if he would consider returning to management.
The 40-year-old replied: "I doubt it, again I know I’ve done four difficult jobs.
"The only way I’d go back in any capacity would be Everton or Manchester United, but that’s very unlikely."

As for which one of the two jobs he would prefer, Rooney quipped: "The one that comes first."
A boyhood Everton fan, Rooney began his career with the Toffees, joining their academy aged nine.

He would go on to have two spells at Goodison Park either side of spending 13 years at Manchester United.

Across his stints with Everton, Rooney scored 28 goals in 117 appearances for the club.
Meanwhile, he enjoyed a trophy-laden career with the Red Devils following his arrival in 2004.
Rooney won 17 major trophies with the club including the Champions League, Club World Cup and five Premier League titles.
He also became United's all-time leading scorer with 253 goals in 559 appearances for the club.
Overall, he found the net 208 times in 491 Premier League matches for Everton and United.

His tally is the third-highest in the competition's history behind Alan Shearer and Harry Kane.
Rooney remains the only player to score 200 goals and provide 100 assists in the Premier League.
For England, his tally of 53 goals is second only to Kane, whilst only two players have amassed more caps than his total of 120.
Having opened his Three Lions account aged 17 years and 317 days, Rooney is England's youngest-ever scorer.
