James Trafford has promised to go on the Otley Run with his Leeds United teammates if they manage to secure silverware.
The talented goalkeeper also has a special costume in mind if the Whites do lift a trophy this season. Trafford is currently on international duty with England, playing the full 90 against Spain and the Czech Republic.
He hopes to keep his starting spot between the sticks against Croatia tonight and earn his fifth cap with the Three Lions. Trafford has been a regular star for Leeds this season, keeping three clean sheets in six appearances so far.
The 23-year-old joined Daniel Farke's side in the summer and will be hoping to bring his form of winning trophies to Elland Road. During an interview on the Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel, Trafford was asked if he would partake in the iconic Otley Run - a pub crawl in Leeds that is typically a rite of passage for university students.
Trafford's answer was clear as he said: "Yeah, me and the lads, it would be great craic."
The goalkeeper also has a costume picked out, which would definitely attract attention. Describing his outfit, Trafford explained: "I'd wear my costume I wore for the Christmas do when I was at Burnley, a scuba diver."
When asked why, he added: "I thought it'd be mint, like well cool. Imagine seeing someone in a full scuba diver outfit."
